Return Policy

For Our Boxes:

If you’re not satisfied with your box, we gladly offer returns for most boxes and products within 30 days (when applicable). *Please note, for all of our boxes, we only accept the return of the entire box and ALL the products as it was sent. Returned products must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and in mint condition.

*Again, we do not accept returns for single products in your box. Only returns for the box in its entirety.

For products that were broken or damaged during transit. Please contact us by email at galleria@amalgamart.space so we can take care of the issue ASAP. Please include photos of the damaged items in your initial email.

To set up a return request, go to our Return Portal. Once your return request has been approved, you can choose a return for store credit or a refund to your original credit/debit card. Any discounts applied to an order will be deducted from a return. All returns include a shipping label with return postage from a shipping courier (when applicable). Customer may be liable for the return shipping cost.

Return & Refund Processing Time

Returns can take up to 2-3 weeks (may vary) to process once received at our facilities. Once your return has been processed by our team, we will notify you via email if your return is approved for refund or store-credit.

Returns damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. Any refund will be issued in the original form of payment; Credit/Debit card ONLY.

At our discretion, Amalgam Galleria reserves the right to deny a return.

For Stand-Alone Store Products:

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly offer returns and exchanges for damaged or defective items.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. First, by either contacting us at galleria@amalgamart.space or through the Return Portal. Please specify the reason for wanting to return item along with the order confirmation number. Sending photographs of the defective item is required. Once your return request has been evaluated and approved by us, you will be given instruction to return item. In some cases, returns maybe deemed impractical. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action for returns.

Returned items must be received in new and re-sellable condition. With original packaging and protective covering when applicable. Shipping cost of returned items are refundable when applicable. Customer may be liable for the return shipping cost.

Returns damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer.

We DO NOT refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Returns on Sealed Goods

We cannot accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Returns for products like, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at our expense and discretion. If we choose to offer size exchanges for these types of products, you will need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size.

Returns After The Four Week Policy Period

Returns after the four-week period may be accepted at the discretion of Amalgam Arts Galleria.

Exchanges

Any claims for exchanges must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. First, by contacting us at galleria@amalgamart.space or through the Return Portal. Specify your reason for wanting to exchange the item along with your order confirmation number. Once your return request has been evaluated and approved by us, you will be given instruction to return item.

Due to this, some products, goods, and/or brands are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges per our suppliers. Furthermore, are not applicable to our store’s returns, exchange, or refund policies. At our discretion, Amalgam Galleria reserves the right to take the best course of action to accommodate our customer in these special cases.

Order Cancellation

Our team typically processes orders within a couple of business days after purchase. We can only cancel an order while it is in the processing stage.

To cancel an order, please let us know within 2 business days after purchase. By either going to Cancel An Order above. Or contacting us at galleria@amalgamart.space. Please specify that you wish to cancel an order along with the confirmation number.
