Monthly Box: This is a $39.99 (plus tax) per month subscription for a monthly Amalgam Box. Cancel anytime.

One-Time Boxes: For one-time boxes, it typically takes us 2-3 business days to process and ship your box after you’ve placed your order.

Monthly Boxes: It takes us about 2-3 business days to process and ship your box after your monthly payment has been charged.

If you’re not satisfied with your box, we offer returns for most boxes and products within 30 days. *Please note, for all of our boxes, we only accept the return of the entire box and all the products as it was sent. Returned products must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and in mint condition. Read our full Return Policy for more information.

Once our facility team has shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when applicable).

Our team typically processes orders within a couple of business days after purchase. We can only make changes to an order while it is in the processing stage.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. First, by either contacting us at galleria@amalgamart.space or through the Return Portal. Please specify the reason for wanting to return item along with the order confirmation number. Sending photographs of the defective item is required. Once your return request has been evaluated and approved by us, you will be given instruction to return item.
